I'm Bar Mazuz, an experienced instructional designer with a successful implementation and training track record.
I have a strong basis in instructional design ideas and techniques thanks to a formal education that includes Tools and Learning Technologies at Campus IL, a B.Ed. in teaching, and a full license to be a senior teacher.

My work experience in various organizations has given me expertise in content-deep research and e-learning production, from planning and designing the curriculum, syllabus, and road map at the macro level to content development at the micro level, which includes outlines, storyboards, courses, manual guides, LMS management, training sessions, video tutorials, and multimedia assessment methods.

 

I am skilled at identifying learning needs and ensuring that training materials are practical and entertaining for learners.
I have substantial operational experience and have been acknowledged as a good team player and a people person.

I am familiar with known methodologies such as ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, and more moderns like Agile and CICD.
